Job Brief

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager/Digital Marketer to build, manage, and grow our client’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and using performance insights to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media and other digital channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement, track analytics, and prepare performance and insight reports.
  • Analyze audience behaviour and campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and evolving consumer behaviour.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting and campaign execution.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
