Job Brief
We are looking for a goal-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving business targets. This role is full-time and requires a female professional with at least one year of sales experience who resides close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efforts
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be female
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
