Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving overall business success. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for hospitality and team development.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality food, service, and ambiance.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and optimize operational expenses.
• Analyze sales reports, track revenue targets, and implement strategies for growth.
• Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds financial and operational KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience of at least three (3) years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Must be a female
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and customer service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
