You must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.
What you will be doing
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage reservations.
- Manage POS systems and billing accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Report guest feedback or issues to management for prompt resolution.
The ideal candidate
- Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
- Must be fluent in English and well-presented.
