We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless check-in and check-out experience. You must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

What you will be doing

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage reservations.
  • Manage POS systems and billing accurately.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Report guest feedback or issues to management for prompt resolution.

The ideal candidate

  • Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
  • Must be fluent in English and well-presented.
