We are seeking a reliable Pantry Chef / Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate will help with prepping ingredients, organizing workstations, and ensuring food hygiene compliance.

What you will be doing

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold platters
• Support chefs with basic food prep tasks
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas
• Assist with inventory and food stock organization
• Dispose of waste safely
• Ensure all ingredients and tools are ready for service
• Follow kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
• Help plate dishes during service hours

The ideal candidate

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts
• Team-oriented and adaptable
