Job brief

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Night Auditor to manage nightly financial records, guest check-ins/check-outs, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during the overnight shift. Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.

What you will be doing

• Reconcile day-end financial transactions and generate audit reports.
• Perform overnight front desk duties, including guest services and check-ins.
• Ensure all reservations and room charges are accurate.
• Monitor the security of the facility during night hours.
• Resolve guest issues and emergencies professionally and promptly.

The ideal candidate

• Must have 4+ years of night auditing experience in a hotel environment.
• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accounting knowledge.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
