We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique and delicious cocktails, ensuring top-tier customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You will be responsible for designing drink menus, mixing beverages to perfection, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create innovative cocktails and update drink menus based on seasonal trends.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to restock ingredients and supplies.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff as needed.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure customer safety.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creativity in crafting new drinks and enhancing the beverage menu.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be clean, neat, well-presented, and professional.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
