Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads. This role is full-time and requires a female professional with at least one year of marketing experience who resides close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and content creation
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Organize and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be female and reside close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management tools
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
