We are hiring a Junior Accountant to support our financial operations through bookkeeping, report preparation, and transaction tracking. This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance across all processes.

What you will be doing

• Maintain financial records and prepare reports
• Post and reconcile transactions in accounting software
• Process invoices and receipts
• Reconcile bank and ledger accounts
• Assist with payroll and statutory deductions
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Handle internal and external audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

The ideal candidate

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good analytical and organizational skills
