We are recruiting for a budget-friendly hotel in Ajah, Lagos, seeking a skilled ICT Manager to oversee the hotel’s technology infrastructure and ensure all systems function efficiently. The ideal candidate will lead the IT team, manage IT operations, and implement technological strategies to enhance overall operational performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Supervise IT staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Plan and execute the installation and maintenance of new software and hardware solutions.
• Oversee data security and ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to determine upgrades or changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation of IT operations.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least three (3) years of proven experience as an ICT Manager in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software management.
• Expertise in data security, backup systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an IT team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Skilled in IT budgeting, planning, and resource management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality IT systems and software is an added advantage.
