Job brief

We are hiring a professional and service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences by leading the front desk team, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.

What you will be doing

  • Supervise front desk staff and daily check-in/check-out operations
  • Ensure guests are welcomed warmly and attended to professionally
  • Oversee reservation processes and maintain accurate records
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
  • Prepare daily shift reports and front office performance summaries
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and operating procedures

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Excellent grooming and customer service ethics
