We are seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee the physical, digital, and operational security of all restaurant locations and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security protocols, leading investigations, managing surveillance systems, and fostering a safe environment for staff and customers.

What you will be doing

• Develop and enforce company-wide security protocols.
• Oversee surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular audits of physical and operational security.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies.
• Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, or misconduct.
• Lead the creation and execution of emergency response plans.
• Train staff on security procedures and conduct drills.
• Monitor threats to business continuity and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and manage all security personnel or contractors.
• Prepare reports on incidents, audits, and risk assessments.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging security risks and solutions.

The ideal candidate

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and procedures.
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail security is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
