Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting overall financial health. This role is full-time and requires a female professional with at least one year of accounting experience who resides close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Monitor budgets and financial planning
• Prepare invoices and track payments
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be female and reside close to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
