Job Brief

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable AC Technician with at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our client’s hotel team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the guests’ comfort by maintaining and optimizing the air conditioning systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on various HVAC systems throughout the hotel.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring all AC systems function optimally.
• Monitor the AC system’s performance, checking for any irregularities in temperature control and airflow.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis to avoid downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and scheduled maintenance for compliance and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with other facility team members to address any emergency repairs promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hotel standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician in a hotel.
• Technical certification or diploma in AC repair, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
