Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our client’s growing feminine care brand. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple communication channels. This role is critical to maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and care.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, usage, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit customer service reports as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to ensure accurate communication with customers.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within FMCG or personal care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
