We are seeking professional and well-groomed Waiters to provide exceptional customer service in our restaurant/hospitality establishment. The ideal candidates must be attentive, courteous, and capable of delivering a high-quality dining experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Set tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments and provide accurate billing to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and professionally resolve complaints.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling.
• Assist in stock replenishment and maintain a tidy work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a waiter for at least three (3) years in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Well-spoken, neat, and well-presented.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
