RMS Cloud’s property management system receives its biggest update yet with highly anticipated features to make it easier than ever for accommodation operators.

Based on customer feedback and user-driven design, RMS Cloud’s revamped hospitality management system is available today for all customers, featuring a fresh modern interface. What’s more, users can now customise the top toolbar for shortcuts to the features that they use most often.

The unrivalled all-in-one reservation screen, which includes guest, reservation and account information, has improved functionality and is refreshed for smarter useability and less clicks.

Updates include a dedicated field for OTA booking information and an intuitive section for guest upsells information. With everything located on a single screen, users can focus their attention on the information that matters.

Improve business decisions with interactive dashboards

With advanced dashboards and interactive chart widgets, users can dive deeper into their PMS to make data-driven business decisions.

Streamline connectivity with integrations

The brand new module market reduces reliance on manual configurations, with the ability to activate integrations using a self-serve tool within the PMS. Switch on RMS modules, such as one and two-way SMS, guest loyalty and Google address lookup or browse more than 50 connected modules. Modules currently offered include access control systems like door locks, revenue management, CRMs and more.

A speedier, safe, contactless check-in experience that’s still personal

Streamline your guest experience through the pre-check-in or self-serve check-in functionality via the guest portal.

Customise pre-check-in questionnaires and capture COVID responses for a faster contactless guest experience. This innovative functionality helps forward-thinking operators manage guest expectations without the need to invest in additional hardware, or compromise service standards.

The new cloud-based key cutting feature will give users the ability to cut keys directly within the platform, minimising disruptions and increasing efficiency.

Peace of mind for data protection

Enhanced security protocols ensure that guest data is protected. Secure two-factor authentication enforces better user password management, and properties can create IP whitelists for authorised onsite personnel so that users can access the system with ease.

Reduce inbox clutter with relevant reports

To keep user inboxes up to date, the scheduled reports feature has been enhanced by adding quarterly reminders for the reports that users still need, and to remove ones that are no longer relevant.
