We are looking for a Front office manager to manage our client’s reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of the hotel and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest service.
As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasurable personality with an energizing professional attitude to supervise and lead the team.
Our ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach, must have a degree with two to five years of work experience within the hospitality industry as a Front Office Manager.
