We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Executive who will use a multitude of platforms to convert ads and promotions into increased revenue by seeking to build brand awareness through traditional and media campaign to promote the school’s products and services. The role of the marketing executive will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities by working closely with other employees in social media and admissions.
What you will be doing…
•Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
•Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
•Devising promotional activities and presenting ideas and strategies.
•Writing and proofreading creative copy by creating editorial and content creation calendars for the school’s various media platforms and outlets.
•Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
•Coordinating internal marketing and the school’s organization’s culture.
•Monitoring performance by maintaining websites and looking at data analytic.
•Managing and planning promotional marketing campaigns by organizing events and product exhibitions.
•Managing the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts.
•Collecting, analyzing market research data and conducting market research to determine target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors that will be used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
•Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
•Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
•Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
•Build brand awareness through various media outlets
•Decide which media format (print, television, radio, web, billboard) best suits the assignment
•Work with the social media and admissions team to collaboratively create an ad campaign
•Partaking in marketing workshops to enlarge your skill set.
•Perform related duties that may be assigned.
Ideal candidate profile…
- Minimum of 2-3years experience as a Marketing Executive within the Education Space
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or any relevant field.
- Communication and computer skills are highly essential.
- Great understanding of social media marketing techniques is required.
- Certifications in digital and Internet marketing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of social media analytic, interactive marketing techniques and social media networking strategies.
